2. What type of data do we hold about you and how did we obtain it?
The categories of personal data we process concerning customers and suppliers are:

We have obtained all of the above-mentioned data either directly from you, for example through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or through your company, which has provided us with identification data and other information required to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. You or your company are responsible for providing us with updated data in the event of any changes.
3. For what purposes do we process your data?
We process the data provided by data subjects in order to manage various activities arising from specific procedures relating to sales, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. Accordingly, we will use your data for some of the following purposes:

- Sending the information requested through the contact form on our website or through any other means of contact with our company.
- Providing potential customers and existing customers with offers regarding products and services that may be of interest to them.

4. How long will we retain your data?
Personal data relating to natural persons connected with potential customers, customers and suppliers that we collect through the various contact forms and/or data collection procedures (including data collected through cookies, where applicable) will be retained until the data subject requests its deletion. Data provided by our customers and suppliers will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained, in all cases respecting the minimum statutory retention periods applicable to the relevant matter.
In the case of images obtained through the video surveillance system, the retention period will be 1 month, in accordance with Article 22.3 of the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), unless the images must be retained for delivery to the competent authorities.
In any event, we will retain your personal data for the period of time reasonably necessary, taking into account our needs to respond to questions or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and comply with the requirements of applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.
5. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Depending on the type of data processing, the legal basis is as follows:

6. To whom will your data be disclosed?

We inform you that your data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties; the company is solely responsible for its processing and custody.
However, we will provide your personal data to third parties (e.g. Internet service providers that assist us in managing our website or carrying out the contracted services, IT support and maintenance companies, logistics companies, administrative service providers and tax and accounting advisers, etc.). In all cases, these third parties must maintain the same level of security as we do in relation to your personal data and, where necessary, will be bound by legal obligations to keep your personal data private and secure and to use the information solely in accordance with the company’s specific instructions.
7. Are data transfers to third countries envisaged?

8. What are your rights as a data subject?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
In particular, data subjects may request access to their personal data and may also receive it in a commonly used and machine-readable format where processing is carried out by automated means (right to data portability).
Data subjects may also request rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
